Water Process For Many Application

Water supply for drinking water is different with for boiler feed water, or for industrial purposes. Each of those purpose also use a different kind of water process. Drinking water should have contains many mineral in them, the mineral that need by our body. Water for industrial process should contain minimum mineral inside, because many minerals con react with other chemical and can disturb the available solution.

Water for pharmacy application also should no mineral contain because this water will use to mix with other minerals. Use for dilute certain drug or medicine, or use for water injection directly to human body to supply water and minerals.

Water for boiler feed also should contain no minerals, but not as pure as water for pharmacy. The process use different for each water application because just need the accuracy of result. To produce pure water use distillation process, but for boiler feed water just need ion exchange process that don't need high energy as distillation process.

Water process for drinking water don't need ion exchange unit because don't need to remove all mineral. Using of chemical reaction process and flocculation and settling process in order any unused solid can precipitate, and the last is odor treatment. After all then water source can be filter by many kind of filter that fulfill with the process conditions.
